I couldn’t find much on rpm or double die for this coin. Are these double die errors?
No. Strike doubling, and very minor at that.
Flat and shelf-like are your clues. On a coin that old it’s unlikely that there’s a notable doubled die that has escaped notice.

Agree - just minor machine doubling. Do yourself a favor and ease off of the magnification or else you will be finding all kinds of things that turn out to be nothing.
