    Thanks for your comments .... The badge was found 40 miles from Rochester NY ... Not sure what it is. Any one have an idea or a picture of another? Thanks for those who would help on this one. Jim

    With the initials at the bottom - RPD - I would say it is Rochester Police Department... Cheers, RickO
