If you print a label through eBay, shipping is cheaper today than it was 25 years ago when adjusted for inflation. And you get tracking now, which wasn't available then.
Do you have to have an ebay store to do that? that's something I've never done and I do have some very vintage items that my mother had that I'm thinking of putting on ebay, I do have a far amount of 100% positive feedback that goes back to 2000, but I never setup an ebay store, I just never had enough flow of anything to feed it.

Well, that depends on what and how you ship. Back in the day, you could send bubble envelopes by 1st class. These days you can't.

Like an invasive plant that reproduces from the roots they start out looking pretty nice, then in a few years they've taken over your property. My wife has a bad habit of bringing these strange extraterrestrial plants home for me to deal with. My neighbor a few years back planted some Bamboo on my fence line, oh my god that was awful stuff to deal with, for some strange reason his Bamboo just up & died
