Need Some Help Please - Indian Head Pennies

I inherited these from my grandfather and have kept them in holders for the last 30 years. A few questions:

  1. Are these legitimate?
  2. If legitimate, any thoughts on the condition/ grading range?

Thank you for your help. Note: my grandfather was a Canadian collector before the days of the internet, so he did not leave any real indication of the value of these (unlike his Canadian coins).

They look well preserved and original. Very nice.
Mintage on 1860 is roughly 20 million
    1863 is roughly 50 million
    1879 is roughly 16 million

Nice album coins. There would be a strong market for them today. All are at least VF with the 1879 being a full XF.

Authentic. Nice original coins. All look VF or XF to me. Neat keepsake.

Always looking for original, better date VF20-VF35 Barber quarters and halves, and a quality beer.

They all look authentic, original and are in higher circulated grades. This is a nice group. Whatever you do, do not clean them in any way, shape or form!

Welcome to the forum. Nice VF to XF coins. As said nice album coins, not worth the cost of submitting for grading and slabs. Check ebay and see what those first 2 SOLD for in VF and the 79 in XF condition, then deduct 14 to 20% for costs and then you will have a price to compare to what someone(a dealer perhaps) might offer you. If you do not you will be mad. Best of luck. I would consider BST if they were mine to sell. No fees and you will deal with a mostly good class of collectors if not great. Best of luck.

Be careful with the staples. Keep them from scratching the coins.
