Picked up charm bracelet with a couple coins on it. How do you think I did? The dime is cleaned and dark. The nickel does not seem to be cleaned. I am in it about $80. I think I did ok. What would you grade them?
The grade just posted and came in as a 3 legged MS63. I am very happy. I think I will call the nickel "Lucky Charm" Here is the PCGS photo. What do you think of the grade. Should I try the upgrade game now? It does seem better that most of the MS63s out there. What do you think kept it from a higher grade?
Here are a couple of the pics from the listing. The first picture is what made me buy it.
Here are the pics of the nickle and dime out of the bezels.

I agree with TurtleCat.
Enjoy it.
Three legged Buffalo?!

Yep. I still can't believe I spotted it and no one else did before I won it.

It's a 50th Anniversary bracelet.
Note that the dates of the two coins are 50 years apart.
Looks like you really enjoy it.
I did after a double-take on that nickel.
Nobody looking for charm bracelets is gonna scrutinize the coins unless they're collectors. Congrats!
Yep, missed that leg there. Congrats!

Nice as is and jewlry coins are usually damaged. A key coin, of course, would still have value.
What are the various pieces? WhR are the words I can almost make out?
Call me crazy but if you can tie all the meaning together then I'd consider keeping it as is and putting it on display. That would be one heck of a show piece with that 3 legged nickel.
Holy Cow!!!!
Splendid!! Very close to a "you suck"
That type of bezel may not have damaged the coin at all...🤔
You must have popped it out by now to have a look?
WOW what a find! Congrats!

I think you should ask for your money back. The Buffalo is lame....🤔
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
Or sell it to me. Ill let you double your money. How often can you do that

Nice 😎
Close??????
It looks AU, and assuming no damage, I think it’s a “you suck” for sure!
Good eye - excellent pick up.......

Holy crap!
Definitely a “YOU SUCK!!!”
That's really cool. Congrats!
I missed it. The thought that crossed my mind was: that’s a nice buff for one of those bezels. They’re usually super low grade.
Nice Score! Good job.
Yes a you suck is in order... A nice cherry pick.
Hoard the keys.
That's a helluva cherrypick!
Congrats as that bezel shouldn't have damaged it and it could even straight grade.
Whoa!
Well played, sir!
Well played.

The boat has a tag that says Catalina Island on one side and the date 9 28 74 on it and a sterling stamp. This is the only one stamped sterling. The road runner has a California tag. The one that looks like a bottle says Park Lane.

The nickel looks to me to be Mint state or very, very close to it. If it's not damaged or impaired in any way you have a coin worth a couple of grand there.
Yeppers............A definite 3-Legger.

I am sending in the nickel on a subscription voucher today. I will let you know when it is back.
Any guesses on the grade in the meantime?

Wow very nice!
You are lucky no one else noticed!

You SUCK!
That Nickel looks great out of the bezel. At the bottom of each picture it looks like the rime has a lip on it - wondering if that is bezel damage?

@gummibear .... Wow... Nice cherrypick.... Look forward to hearing the grade you get on that coin. Cheers, RickO

Wow congrats that is a nice find.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Fantastic! (and congratulations)
Incredible enough that it wasn't damaged by the bezel, but even more so that it had never been cleaned as a piece of jewelry. Just an astounding pick, congrats.

Wow, that's great. Did it get the 3 legs designation?
OUTSTANDING!
Huge score! Enjoy it!

nice find!
That's fantastic, so great that it wasn't damaged!
Wow. Amazing that it wasn't harshly cleaned or damaged. That's an awesome pick.
The dime is no slouch either. Those are really tough to find with original surfaces though. Did you send it in too?

Wow, amazing find. Even better that no damage from being worn or banging around in a jewelry box with other stuff. Probably the find of the year as far as I'm concerned.
