GTG: 1899 $20; Grade revealed OP

I was visiting some old friends at the bank the other day and the color of this coin caught my attention. Pictures aren’t the greatest but comments welcome.




I of course suffer from owner bias and can picture the coin in a 64 holder. My pictures don’t help but in person the cheeks and surfaces are very clean and the coin has very nice color. I bought the coin 10+ years ago as part of a bullion deal. The coin has been sitting in the bank the entire time and this was the first time I’ve looked at it in all those years.

    Impossible to tell from those photos with any reasonable degree of certainty. I learn towards MS62.

    Looking at the pictures, I do not see it better than a 62....But those are pictures... Cheers, RickO

    63, but as others have said, tough photos to grade from.
