I decided a little while back that I should get my hands on more gold because I really don't have a lot of experience with it. What better way to learn relatively risk-free than to buy already graded gold coins and send them to CAC?

@DelawareDoons ... So, if I understand correctly, you purchased that gold coin slabbed, then sent it to CAC and it got a gold sticker?? Great!!! I would say you are off to a super start.... Well, maybe not a start, maybe you already had sharp eyes, skills and experience - in fact, quite likely. Nice coin.... Cheers, RickO
Yes, I bought it, sent it to CAC to get their opinion, and it gold beaned. I am now 3/4 with gold coins I've bought and sent to CAC, with 2 gold CAC stickers, and 1 green, and 1 fail.

You’re off to a terrific start. Congrats!
@DelawareDoons .... Wow... Congratulations... That is an impressive record. Cheers, RickO
75% with two gold. If CAC was a baseball team you would be on your way to the HOF. Congrats.
It is a small sample size. I am sure I will start bombing more quite soon.

Thats the spirit!!
Lotta detail for a VF.
I am a fan of gold on rattler gold. 👍🏻
Looks like a 40 all day long.
Funnily enough, both the gold CAC golds I have are rattlers. I like 'em too.

Absolutely beautiful! Nothing in the world like crusty old gold!
