When these are gone, they’re gone. And man are they expensive. I bought 5 months back with the intention of sending them in to get graded in 10 years. What an opportunity!

@bp777 .... Why do you plan on waiting ten years??? Cheers, RickO
Why is this such a great deal when you can buy a PCGS MS70 First Strike Type 1 on Ebay right now for $60- $70 delivered?
If you are interested, APMEX is currently offering T2 Gold & Silver Eagles, MD Premier items as a pre-sale.

Cracking open a fresh mint tube of the retired design in 10 years is very exciting to me. God only knows what the precious metals market will look like by then. This is the first year that APMEX has offered these and it’s amazing how much the price per tube has gone up.
And the Libertads as well. I bought a tube of the Libertads for less than 1k when they were on pre sale and now they’re over 2k. It’s amazing. I saw one of the sealed apmex pcgs 2021 t1 monster boxes (5 tubes) sell for 6k the other day. I just think these tubes will be hot ticket items in the future and am making everybody aware.
This is not the first year that APMEX has offered unsearched '20-Coin MD Premier + PCGS FS Tubes' of Silver Eagles.
The APMEX partnership with PCGS on 'MD Premier + PCGS FS' began with the 2020 Silver Eagles.

In fact, the 2020 offering is still available at APMEX, and can be found here.
Ok the second year. I’m sorry I didn’t know that because nobody gives a flying f**k about 2020. But people do care about 2021 because it’s the last year of the original design.
Not trying to start an argument; just attempting to correct a misconception.
As to 2020 vs. 2021 T1, I do not know where the prices will eventually settle.
However, the current price at APMEX is actually $50.00 higher for the 2020 ASE tube ($945.60 vs. $895.60).
Because so many folks care about the 1945 mercury dime? In 2 years the 2021 T1 will just be another eagle.
