I've always loved Adolph Alexander Weinman's half dollars.
Here are some new pickups. I just really love the proof!

Beautiful Walkers!
Not a proof but a ms 65 1945. Sent in to PCGS to have the "Missing initials " designation. They shot me down. Thinking of trying across the street (NGC) for their evaluation?
"Jesus died for you and for me, Thank you,Jesus"!!!

Thanks. Hmmm? Good point? Maybe that's the reason why they didn't give me the designation? Although, I did speak to a PCGS representative. She told me the graders didn't feel that the initials were enough gone to have the variety.

Beautiful, dude!
Yes, have to agree. So good, the Mint used his identical obverse design for the Silver Eagle program.
39 years after the Walkers.

Here's a couple of mine. The 1941 D was an ANACs coin graded ms65/ms65 then MS66 at PCGS. The 1944 D is a MS65.
I have to thank David Kahn Rare coin for the both of these coins AND the wonderful pictures.

I won this PCGS MS66 from CoinscratchFever in a giveaway contest about 5 months ago 🌞

That blue toning is an absolute knockout.
The "gold toned" piece, another stunner.
Like the crescent on the obverse.
That's a stunner and I agree! Thanks for mentioning it!
Just picked up this proof and this seemed like an appropriate thread to show it off. It’s in a 67 holder with CAC approval. I’m working on a full set of these, all CAC with original cellophane hazy toning.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
Excellent thread!
Time to bring it down a few notches so my fellow collectors in steerage don't feel left out! 😂 🤣
