this is a 2000 dime
check coinfacts first, no recognized varieties for 2000-P 10C. Someone else will probably say machine doubling, no expert here but that's what I see. You could also look at CONECA which has a master list of DD's. I didn't see any.

Looks like machine doubling to me.. I have found that most double Dies show the serifs on the ends of the letters have more than one point.
