You MS62 guys might only be a point off, instead of two. But even if you are, that would be a giant point. As pictured, the coin shouldn’t grade that low.

imho - in the minority it seems, too much surface chatter and dings for me.
fwiw, and besides, had I personally sent this in to our hosts I bet I would get a 62 or so I imagine, and so has past personal history proven, so I am not so giving here.

Great luster - just to be different, 63+
In your collection, it’s a 63. In mine, it’s a 64

Decent strike, good luster but a few too many hits, though light. MS63 and maybe 64 if the luster carries the day.

My feelings when I purchased were 63, having said that I have seen many 64's that did not come up to this coin.
Thanks for the input

Old school 63 but might 64, in today's world.

I'm going with 63 based on the graded Morgans in my collection.
63 is what it should be, IMO.

Looks like a 63, but it seems to have booming luster so it may get bumped to a 64.

I would agree with 63...the chatter on the cheek, neck and fields really holds the grade down. Cheers, RickO
Picture is the size of a plate of course the hits show exaggerated. I go 64 and have seen 65’s I didn’t agree with take pictures like that.

I still think 63... there's cheek chatter and the dark spot on the reverse that hold it back... IMHO...

very solid 64 - marks are more like scuffs and none are deep. That's true "A" quality lustre and frost
edited to add: the reverse spot is of minimal distraction obscured in the detail of the wreath. It would be much worse in the field.
Will this thread get a bean?
MS64, yet I've seen photos where the camera and lighting pick-up scuffs look like this on an MS65.

I agree wit the 63s.
