I was searching through rolls the other day and came across this. Anybody have any info on what it is or where it came from? Or is it just someone messing around?

Counter stamped cents are often found... most common are the state outlines and the Kennedy stamp... at least those are the one's I have most often encountered. Saw a set of the state cents at a coin show once. Cheers, RickO
