NEWP - dream realized - twice

I have been after a GEM+ RD 1868 Indian since I was a kid. My first 1868 Indian was a 65RB coin, second a 66RB that I got CAC on. been waiting for so long and in my business it was one of the driving factors to be successful. I pulled the trigger (Actually Laura did on my behalf).

I also picked up an MS62 1868 $20 CAC NGC lib.

The reason 1868 is important to me is it is 100 years before my birth year. I have the top 1968 set, use to have the top 1868 set before Hansen but even Hansen can't stop me from building my set.
Side note - I am 52. I will be feet first out before this hits the market again.

Congrats!
From the pic, and the fact that Laura got it for you, I was like "WOW! LOOKS AWESOME!"
Then, I looked at the auction realized......OMFG.....I didn't realize. Wow! Congrats on getting something you wanted (and I remember why from some of our chats).
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
Wow!!!!
My drool is all over my iPad. What a gorgeous treasure!
Enjoy and cherish!

I remember meeting you and Russ in the same day. I think that was right after I hit the 1968 set out of the park when I made the 64FS 68-D, two 68-S Jeffs in FS a 67RD 68-P, D and S (multiples) and made an MS67 Kennedy all on one submission. That was 2000 1968 mint sets, but hey who said it was easy.
Awesome, congratulations!

I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.
Wow... what a beauty.... Superb acquisition....If you met Bochiman and Russ in the same day at a show, I was likely there as well, and we just did not meet....Cheers, RickO
Beautiful piece, congrats
BHNC #203
Nice one!
Beautiful IHC and I like it much more than the Lib.
Wow! Beautiful coin.
That is is a top notch example. Love it!
Congratulations on both coins. The 1868 double eagle is such a tough date in any grade, but in MS62 is very rare. It looks nice for the grade. You have to stretch to get a coin like this.
IMPRESSIVE!!
Great 1868 IHC........outstanding RD color.
OINK
Vary nice coin, now I want one LOL
Congrats - looks like a beauty! That is a really tough date to find in that grade.
Very nice addition. It’s great when dreams come true👍
Now that is an acquisition.
Congrats on finding what you were looking for.
That’s pretty cool and those are some really nice coins. Congratulations to you! Kudos to you for intending to hold on to them!
