I know it’s my coin but .....

I think this coin is under graded by at least 2 points

To me in hand it looks essentially as struck !

I manage money. I earn money. I save money .
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.

    Cant really tell from the pics. Sometimes a weak strike can penalize a coin. There are many 58s that can be 62s on another day, and vice versa.

    I don't think it's MS with the obverse strike. detracts a lot from the appeal of the coin in my opinion.

    Strike shouldn’t matter in determining MS from AU

    I could see MS. Pretty mushy obverse but I like the look overall.

    I am guessing no luster breaks in hand?

    This is your coin that was in an NGC 58 Holder and I would have not crossed it but cracked it open and resubmitted it. I always thought it was undergraded.

    I agree with you @bidask. They appear to have penalized you for a worn die or weak strike. (Assuming no luster breaks as mentioned above.)

    Depending on when you sent it in originally, it might be better to wait a few years before trying to get it corrected.
