Looks like an 1843.

This is the oldest coin (I have much, much older) that I have a picture of readily...
TurtleCat Gold Dollars
Got this Betty from Ebay at a really good price! She's my Oldest Graded Slab!
My oldest US coin is also the first I bought when I was truly a coin collector...1832 half dime. It's slightly bent but I don't care, I love it for the road it led me down. It's one of only two half dimes in my collection, the other being an 1835 that is my second oldest US coin, and it's undamaged but lower grade.
My oldest overall is a 4th century BC coin that I have been told is from Meliboia. It's rough...I got it from this forum as an unknown ancient. It's my only coin from any year BC.
Grand total spent on both coins shown here? $8.
I feel like buying one of these but I know often times when I go to coin shows they always charge WAY more for these ancients than what they are actually worth, or if they are ungraded they don’t always disclose the problems/issues that are not as obvious. Another big problem is finding an Owl I like. Just did a quick search on eBay and a lot of them I don’t like the strike, or the shape. I happen to really like yours however, nice strike and surface. Very hard to find a nice example.
I know EXACTLY what you're saying. I had the same problems finding just the right one for me. Eventually I did.
It is. I got it mixed up.
As old as it gets, an example of the first coin: a striated electrum trite from ancient Ionia in ~660 BC:

It is. I got it mixed up. Here is the 1837.
Oldest... Hmmm got some old small and smooth roman slugs but nothing IDable or worth posting so.... probably this one...
Please note if the ID is wrong, I bought it because I liked it and was labeled this way

Here is my oldest coin. It belonged to my great grandfather.
Not my oldest, but close... this is the only photo I have available at the moment, plus it's just neat.

Tied for highest graded for this particular date.
Those are absolutely beautiful. I wish I could find coins this nice. Even if I did they would be way beyond my budget but I would enjoy just seeing them in person at a coin show. I very rarely see ancient coins this nice.

Eventually want to find a nice ancient to crush the age of this one but it's still pretty old!
I was surprised to see that I didn’t have anything older than this.

Is it, though?
Was it issued by an individual or individuals invested with the authority to coin money?
Is it fungible? Fractional?
Webster says that a coin is: a usually flat piece of metal issued by governmental authority as money
In all seriousness, @SmEagle1795 has one of the most exceptional collections from the Dawn of Coinage, and whose duplicates and extras run circles 'round mine.
But I maintain the Lydian Trite is the first coin, while the above example is a "proto-coin". Maybe even more fascinating, somewhere closer to exchangeable bullion than a coin.
This, and perhaps its slightly older brothers, are the first true coins in my opinion:

Well, I sure can't compete with those ancients but here's the oldest I have with an image. It's a massive thing-a 2 pence "cartwheel." I have a few from the 17th century but no images thereof.
This one, I suppose:
