Ebay Seller is trying to sell coins he does not own. Help in shutting him down.

Yesterday while searching for a 1936 d quarter thru my registry set i noticed this coin that just sold at stacks being offered. I checked out the certificate number and found the coin in a set. I sent them a message with the link to the coin and sure enough this morning he replied it is his coin and he was going to report.
If you look at ALL of his listings all of these coins are in other sets. Fraud. Already reported and lets see if we can get him shut down before the end of auctions. Yes he has a zero rating but folks are still bidding.

Every once in awhile, I get a buyer who tells me not to include any packing list material. Says it is a gift yada yada.
Often made me wonder if he had done something similar.
I might have to backtrack and check his feedback.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to report these. I am disappointed that ebay did not pull that quarter and let it go to a final bid. I know the owner of that coin sent them messages and my bet was ALL of those listed coins and None were His. Oh well back to the search again.....
