1929 Buffalo Re-engraved hair -

Take a look... looks to me like the Indian Head hair has been re-engraved. AU/Slider coin. What say you??

Also the very evident flow lines on both sides. I can see that coming from a branch mint, but not Philly.

I must confirm with the above statements, worn dies and poor metal flow caused the extra lines on your nickel not any type of Re-engraving.
