Question about NGC Black Holders

I have noticed some say 25th anniversary and others don't? I know about the retro holders but are they all from same time period?

From what I understand; the ones that say '25th Anniversary' were issued in 2012, as NGC began in 1987. The new retro holders were wildly popular, so NGC decided to keep producing them. Those made after 2012 were not labeled '25th Anniversary'.

As I understand it (and I am not a slab collector), there are the original black slabs, the anniversary black slabs and the retro black slabs... If there are others, I am not aware of their category. Cheers, RickO
If they have prongs they are not the original black holders.

Thanks, I did not think they were the original but I was not aware they continued making them after the anniversary label.
This is a photo of the original NGC black slab (holder) also with a silver dollar.
