1981 Topps Joe Montana

As I get older I'm trying to take stock of items I have that will be passed on and dug this out today as I hadn't looked at it in ages. It's part of a set I bought several years ago (I think from someone on here but can't find it in my PM's) and was just curious what people think it would grade at. I know the centering is a problem and although the back is clean there is a spot which to my eyes looks like typical Topps card stock but would probably be looked upon as something else. Also some white print dots on front.

So technically EXish? Centering would be the biggest issue I guess as I'm seeing well centered cards with corners much worse in a higher grade.

Heck, I was just happy to pick the set up when I did years back as I was always a fan of Joe Montana and based on opinions of this card looks like a good portion of the set would fall into the same general condition as centering and corners are similar to Joe.
