Any help with a 2000 Bowman Brady PSA LABEL Please?!

Hi,

I was offered the attached Brady for purchase. Obviously I am hesitant as the PSA label states "2000 Bowman" and the card is a 2000 Bowman Chrome.

Did PSA mislabel cards in this manner back in the day? Can anyone offer any insight... The website cert verification reads it as a 2000 Bowman. I have been #d over 100 in PSA customer service que for days with no follow up.
