YOUR ENROLLMENT SERIES HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO INVALID PAYMENT INFORMATION

The mint system has a big bug!
At a point last year the mint said my exp 6/21 card was expired for the 5oz enrollment.
So, I added an exp 12/23 card. And, deleted the exp 6/21 card.
When I logged in the website, sometimes, it said the card was expired, sometime, it did not say it.
But there was no problem when I bought coins. It seems the bug only exists in the enrollment part.
Just now I received email, saying "Your enrollment order, which included a product due to ship tomorrow, has been cancelled because of a problem with your credit card."

Yes, I also have been hit by this huge bug. It seems to strike randomly. Some of my enrollments are canceled, others are fulfilled. It is vastly annoying.
Make sure that email is actually from the mint. I'm sure you already did but it's worth mentioning just in case.
Collector, occasional seller
I never click links in the emails, too many scams.
I know when I use to update my cc card, I would have to go into each subscription and change the payment method for all of them. Last I looked, there was a button now that you could make the new cc card to be active for all subs. I don't worry about it anymore as I cancelled all my subs this year.

I just live chatted with the service, they said my enrollment was linked to a card expired several years ago. But I only did enrollment recently.
Yea, that's why you need to verify your payment methods and verify the correct one is listed for each your subs.

Yeah, I got one of those. I missed out on this years orgy of ASE proofs, even though I had a subscription at the time.
Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...
I think that there is more "orgy" to come.
Unless I am mistaken, the T2 ASE Proofs will ship as part of the subscription program.
Specifically:
~ 21EAN: T2 ASE Proof from West Point
~ 21EMN: T2 ASE Proof from SanFrancisco
Edited To Add:
I contacted the Mint regarding this issue via e-mail (i.e., [email protected]). They responded on 04.16.21. In short, 'Customer Service' indicated that neither T2 ASE Proof coin would be considered an "enrollment item".
I just do not understand how they linked my last year's enrollment with a card that was expired/deleted several years ago!
My current card in "payment method" was good for enrollment of last ATB and the recent clad proof set, but not tomorrow's ATB.
It's the mint! Lol

Computers have SUCKED ever since the Windows XP era ended. I'm just using that as a time frame. Not just PCs, but all computing in general, commercial or private.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
That happened to me on the 2021W ASE proof... got one notice that I got it, another that my CC was expired... I got the coin. Had me worried for a bit. Cheers, RickO
I just manually ordered,
