I don't think you can submit directly to CAC.

Check with your local dealers to see what they charge to submit.

Welcome to the Forum. I'm a CAC member but probably not the right person to ask based on my batting average.

Elusive is the word that comes to mind. Even when I post pictures here and receive positive feedback, my submissions go down in flames. I'm start to wonder if JA has a personal vendetta. :(

You'll never know unless you try. If you think the coins are strong for the grade then go for it.

If you are an actual member and not one of the jokers coming back for more fun, feel free to PM me. I can submit for you if you would like me to, and I have done so for a few others here.

On the cheeks and most of the high points, is that rub or discoloration?

Very consistent with 63PL. This coin is graded accurately. Shame about the tone on the eagles breast but still a nice coin.

The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.

Perhaps w/o the PL it would have stickered. But you have to agree she's pretty banged up. Now that I see it up close I think 63 was too nice and I would have guessed 61 or 2. No CAC for you :D

I want to see a RARCOA label w/ MAC, CAC, PQ (Barry Stuppler), QA & Eagle Eye Photo Seal stickers on it.
    Then I'll be impressed. :D

Actually, JA said the reason it did not CAC was the reverse was not fully PL. He loved the luster and had no issue with the tone or bag marks. FWIW.
