Very consistent with 63PL. This coin is graded accurately. Shame about the tone on the eagles breast but still a nice coin.
Perhaps w/o the PL it would have stickered. But you have to agree she's pretty banged up. Now that I see it up close I think 63 was too nice and I would have guessed 61 or 2. No CAC for you

Actually, JA said the reason it did not CAC was the reverse was not fully PL. He loved the luster and had no issue with the tone or bag marks. FWIW.

I don't think you can submit directly to CAC.
Check with your local dealers to see what they charge to submit.
