I have a roll of War in the Pacific D minted quarters, with a W on one end, that is worth something....
In my opinion, you might get $50 for the unopened roll. There are a few listed on Ebay for $90 -$100 but they are not selling. The WIP W quarter itself is worth $5- $10.

I went thru 4 rolls and found two coins worthy of submission.
Mostly just for giggles and my mod Q grading set.
Once you see many in hand, the comparison is much easier. Was just curious of how the would grade.
Yeah. It's tough to find a W quarter in a MS67 or MS68 which is why they are special when you do. I just submitted some Tallgrass W myself. I will let you know my results and I hope you will post your results as well. Good luck!🤞

Was looking for Mexico banco notes, slabbed Mexico coins like Cabalito Peso, and Mexico Silver Onzas at show and saw some War in Pacific 25c in Dealers case in 2x2 priced at $1 each or 6 for $5 “super deal”. They not w mm.

Thank you for the reminder! I submitted my top 9 Tallgrass W quarters. The final grades ate three MS67 and six MS66. Jackpot!😎

I sold a raw AU "War in The Pacific" Quarter for $1000
I would expect he did not misplace the period. I also expect that it was quite an error coin.
25 cents.
Maybe a bit more if it grades MS70... A P mint in MS68 is worth $150....Check the PCGS Price Guide. Cheers, RickO
Your question is vaque in my opinion. If you are referring to a W mint mark that is quite different than a P or D Mint mark.
Also, are you referring to a graded or raw coin?
Please be more specific so we can offer you more accurate opinions. 😎
Worth 25 cents in my opinion and not worth the expense of grading since you can see scratches. A W quarter in that condition is worth $5 - $10.....

Wink, wink and and all that rot. Eh mate?😉
Unfortunately the distracting scratches, as you describe them, will outweigh the positives of the coin. It is likely only worth face value.
Collector, occasional seller
I'm keeping it, so it doesn't matter.
