With a sense of humor, I hope.

"Gold is money, and nothing else" (JP Morgan, 1912)

"“Those who sacrifice liberty for security/safety deserve neither.“(Benjamin Franklin)

"I only golf on days that end in 'Y'" (DE59)

    😉

I manage money. I earn money. I save money .
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.

I guess this one could apply to any number of businesses.

Unfortunately the proprietor went out of business this year, a victim of COVID restrictions. This was President Obama's favorite place to dine when he came to Hawaii.

A gross of gross grouse is a hundred and forty four foul fowl.

USAF (Ret) 1974 - 1994 - The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries. Remembering RickO, a brother in arms.

Years ago, companies used to have motto's..... The motto was posted in the various work areas and new employees were familiarized with it and the information that supported the motto. Seems most companies do not do that now. Sad. Cheers, RickO

If I recall correctly, the Rotary Four Way Test was initially such a workplace motto.

    **The Four-Way Test

Is it the TRUTH? Is it FAIR to all concerned? Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?**

My motto , I guess you could call it a motto, was and still is...
"I work for you, and I protect you from my company".
That sums it up and covers a lot.

I remember, back in the '80s, a big sign next to the elevators on my floor in the office building - "Fix The Problem, Not The Blame." Funny thing is, in practice, it was always the other way around.
