Error Novice - Help Determining Errors!

MJ1927MJ1927 Posts: 172 ✭✭✭

H there! I must say that I am a bit of pleb when it comes to coin errors, but had found these three nickels and wanted to know if they were worth anything more than 5 cents. Having done a little looking into errors, I'm thinking the one at the top may be an adjustment strike and the one at the bottom a clipped planchet? The nickel in the middle I am more sceptical over (perhaps post-mint damage). Anyways, any information into these three would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

The first one is quite interesting and I would like to see what the error experts have to say.
The second one is post-mint damage for sure.
I agree the third one looks like a clipped planchet to me.

Thanks for the input! Yeah, very curious to hear if others had any info on the first one - its odd to me that it has some very fine details, like the full steps, but the fields are so worn.
