    The 1983 lists a DDR, but not a 1983 D. Plus, if you have to hold a DDO or DDR at an angle and still doesn't show anything easily seen then not worth much at all. The 1983 DDR is very dramatic. A sample of the 1983 Philadelphi Mint DDR below.

    I see no evidence of a DDR in those pictures.... and certainly the listed one would be obvious if it were there. Cheers, RickO
