Folks with hundreds of thousands of cards/millions! Wow. Need a warehouse! But, after "re-living" my old collection (never really serious like you folks) just giving me such good "feelings of yesteryear" I went ahead and bought some '87-'90 Topps vendor boxes - couple of each. Heck, I haven't felt so relaxed in a long arse time as I did when opening some of those....kind of weird. These are all high production years (yep been researching all this new stuff and holy cow!) but had such fun...some of the better ones I think so far...
Craziness -- feel like a kid again! lol

@PastaBoy
Having fun is everything; never forget it.
Curious about the rare, mysterious and beautiful 1951 Wheaties Premium Photos?

Still have 4 left - 87, 88, 89, 90 - just like the 4 I opened and am straining to hold off on just starting those. lol
Bunch more nice cards from the 1st 87-90 "rip" (if that is term) but don't wanna post so many pics.
Very nice! Welcome back. Those are some beauties!
You’re in my wheelhouse there! Very nice!

Guides Authored - Graded Card Scanning Guide PDF | History of the PSA Label PDF
Being a novice, I have my opinions, but looking at the scans (regardless off friggin' dandruff specs /sigh!) what's consensus on the whole centering thing (ie. 50/50 to 60/40, to 70/30. worse....etc) grade? Think the McGwire's - Canseco good close 50/50, Larkin-Sheff-Willaims 60-40, 2nd Sheff then Griffey (small indenation bottom lft crnr from box), RJ looks close to 50/50, ... Smoltz/Glavine look close to 50/50 as well...last few before Bo close to it and Bo 60/40... Is that even close? So just that...
Overall, the centering looks good to me (i.e., w/i 9 territory) though I noted that a couple seem to exhibit a slight tilt (e.g., top right Mac). Also, pay attention to T/B not just L/R centering. I've overlooked this many times by being "overwhelmed" by beautiful L/R!
edit: It could be the scan too. It appears ever so slightly tilted to me. Many collectors/buyers won't buy cards with a tilt no matter the grade (including me). Good luck! Those are some nice cards.
@bobbybakeriv Thanks for comments. Appreciate it, but what do you mean by tilt on right side Mac card? Do you mean left-top corner on right-side is slanted down towards right-top corner...slight angle...Edit: ell, shoot, I see what you're talking about now I think!)* (not the card holder angle in Mac pic to left since not straightened out.) Just curious as am trying to figure out a PSA sub sometime soon.
*=Edit
No worries and it seems very slight. My meaning of tilt , for example, would be a card being 50/50 at the top side and going to 65/35 at the bottom of the same side. So, it is canted in a sense. Your Mac does not appear to be an "awful" example but I do see a slight tilt. In other words, it is a parallelogram (thanks Mr. Van DeMeer) but not all right angles. I hope this helps. It is still a very nice card and your cards are really nice IMHO. Gradeable for sure and may the 10s be with you. I was just trying to provide you with my POV. Not trying to insult you in any way as I think you have some BEAUTs!
The Bo is probably your worst centered card. But since that is an 87 consider yourself lucky. It’s hard to find a centered 87 and I have some really bad ones.
@bobbybakeriv Heck no worries on that! Just wasn't sure but I see what you mean now. Thanks
Couple more to add to eventual 1st sub I think.
That was unexpected.
Nice Bonds!
I picked up a sealed '87 complete set at the flea market today. $12.
Looks like original tape w/sears sticker on box
I was looking back at Sireus auctions from 2014 when I got back into collecting. Lebron chrome RC PSA 9 selling for $100.
Kiss me twice.....let's party.
Fantastic Bonds cards! I bought a bunch of unopened vending wax and rack two years ago and didn't get even one Bonds that nice out of 8-10,000 cards. All way off center.
Collecting is supposed to be fun!
Those came from 1 vendor box along with a bunch more nicely centered cards...wasn't too burnt about doubles that time. lol
Wade Boggs is a fun follow on Twitter. It’s cool to see a hof posting cards.
