Can a Non-Psa Card be added to a registry set? specifically 1961 Topps basic set

Ok, I have a 1961 Topps Willie Kirkland #15. Not graded by Pcs, but SGC. Can it be added to my 1961 set, and if so, how? Thanks for any help.

You can add non-PSA items to your inventory and showcases, but not a registry set.

I don’t think you can for showcases, either.

That's right. I had to use a cert number for a duplicate of something else to get it to show up in mine.
