PCGS 'Find My Package' tracker problem

According to USPS, my submission to PCGS was picked up and signed for by a PCGS employee last Friday, March 5th.
When I enter the tracking # into the field it says, "We are unable to find a unique package with the tracking number 940780369930004801xxxx received within the last 60 days.
Anyone ever have a package take that long to be scanned in to this system?
My previous submission packages have always scanned in within 48 hours once PCGS picked up the package from the Newport Beach PO.

Yes, I have a package exactly the same. Picked up last Friday after sitting at their post office for a week not picked up and taking 3 weeks to get there. Been 5 weeks since shipping and not in their system yet. Today my search was replied to with the same message. According to PCGS, the problem is the Texas weather crisis caused many packages not being delivered by all three major shippers and then 10 days ago all heck broke loose and 2 weeks worth of shipments started showing up all at once and PCGS Security would not pick up from the USPS more packages than their intake could handle, which answers why it sat at the post office for a week, but not why it has been at PCGS for a week. Don't know, but just thankful my package wasn't lost.

Sure is a lot of shipping/receiving issues lately. Combination of the pandemic and major weather... with another huge storm hitting the Denver area this weekend. I will refrain from purchases/shipments for a few weeks. Cheers, RickO
PCGS received my submission on March 5th via USPS......why has this not been entered into the system, or at least the 'find my package' tracker. I've never waited this long for an order to be entered. PCGS CSD is overwhelmed right now, so I have no other recourse. Could someone please advise.

It usually takes 3-5 days but they have been backlogged lately.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
