Is this PMD or mint made? 1922 Peace Dollar.

I'm going back and forth if this could be damage, or mint-made. What do you think? If it's from the mint, is there any premium for it?

This is a legitimate cracked planchet error.
It does look like a cracked planchet.... I have no idea if anyone would pay a premium, perhaps an error collector. Maybe @ErrorsOnCoins will stop in and give us his opinion. Cheers, RickO
Cracked planchet. I like them and have a couple, but I would not pay a premium for them.
Definitely a legitimate cracked planchet, it may be worth a small premium to an error collector. They are actually not uncommon on Peace Dollars for some reason.

Legit.
You can clearly see it's legitimate. Nice!

It is a planchet flaw but nothing I would pay a premium to own.
Better than a typical perfect planchet
