PSA/DNA in Woodbridge

How’s this one?

Made an appointment for 2pm-2:30pm...

...and now I have officially been stood up.

Well, I have sat in this pretty lobby long enough - the full half hour as a matter of fact.

No one showed up here to take my items. When you follow procedure and email, no one comes down. Can’t call the office, either, because no one picks up and voicemail is full.

Awful?

Awful.

Was that a drop off for PSA/DNA to be shipped to CA or are they slabbing it in NJ?

That lobby floral arrangement was made from recycled CS-1s.

Ah, thanks for the info. So in general you can do a walk in after Covid is over?

I have a large amount of cards but also some memorabilia, and it would cost a lot to ship:

Mickey Mantle signed 8X10 color photo - on a plaque. Signature is faded.
Mickey Mantle signed baseball in nice holder.
    Kobe Bryant signed Spalding basketball.
Joe Montana signed Fortyniners mini helmet.
Larry Bird signed Celtics framed artwork 12X15
John Wall signed Wizards basketball white. White and Orange ball.
Bradley Beal signed Wizards basketball white. White and Orange ball.
Ken Griffey Junior signed baseball card in holder.
Ken Griffey Junior signed baseball and baseball card in holder. Card not signed, only ball.
Shaquile O'Neal & Alonzo Mourning dual signed color photo in plaque. Shaq dunking on Alonzo.

It was my first time there. I was hoping to ask some questions, including that.

That is a some poop that lasts 1/2 hour! And a policy against wireless dumps at PSA maybe? 😂

Had the car ride home to cool off; I guess some things aren’t meant to be. Truthfully, I was in the fence about getting some of this stuff slabbed, anyway. Maybe it’s a sign. I was (maybe) going to do my first Type I photo submission if I could have gotten answers but alas...

...I’m just a collector and it was only 3 items.

I’m sure they won’t miss it.

Feel free to poof this thread, mods.

That's sad..... and pretty much proof that the collector is not a priority. 300 bucks is still cash money but just rubbing pennies to them. White whales and 800lb gorillas only. Customer service in general has sucked the past year. Blame it on covid or the PO.

A gentleman called and left a nice message around 2:59 (edited for exactness); sounds like just an honest mistake.

    These things happen.

You have to make an appointment online.m; thinks that’s always the case pre and post COVID.

Google ‘PSA Woodbridge’ and there’s a little form to fill out. You then print out and fill out the forms and drop them off.
