Definitely not one of the major varieties listed inthe CPG, those all have a "normal R over broken R" in Liberty that would jump out on a high grade coin like yours. With better close up pictures we may be able to help determine if you have one of the lesser varieties.

The 1936 1C DDO is quite obvious. The Lincoln Cent in the OP is not, IMO a DDO. There is some shift doubling on the motto, but not a DDO.

There are three DDO's in the CPG, but I cannot match any to that picture. Perhaps more pictures with less glare would help. Cheers, RickO
