Unexpected finds

My oldest coin find came while looking for flakes and points without my detector. My favorite point find came while metal detecting where a sidewalk had just been removed. I am sure others have had similar unexpected finds.

Wow...Nice point.... I have not found any in a long time... well, have not been looking. Used to be fun searching for points.... Maybe do it this spring again... Cheers, RickO

The coin is a 1820 Coronet Large cent. The point is a Lost Lake or there abouts.
I detect on several one room school sites that are also Native American camp sites. Find coins and other school stuff. Marbles, buttons and slate pencils as well as flakes and points
