Looks RB to me lol. I've seen this color in a lot of silver proof sets from that era (as have you I'm sure), usually when the seal between the coins separates and some air gets in. I sometimes see it accompanied by neon turquoise and pink on the Jefferson nickels.

Nice even color. I like it and it will sell easily IMO. Haters don’t like to see original govt packaging containing these toners. Not all of them are doctored.

Yes, you're right.
none of the choices, they don't give silver those designations and it does not look CAM or DCAM either.
but you can always sell it as MONSTER (puked on) TONING
Reddish-orange.

I would call it 'Disaster'.... Too bad... Silver looks so nice when new and untarnished. Cheers, RickO

The quarter is a dark orange color. It has positive eye appeal and is an attention getter.
How and why it toned while the other four coins in the OGP did not is a mystery.
For now it will remain in the OGP so I have a solid fact to support a claim that it is NT.
Most "RD" copper or bronze in a TPG holder is RB to me.
