Could these blotches on this Franklin be PVC?

I'm looking at this PCGS 65 on Ebay. Wondering about the "blotches" or spots and if they may be PVC

They look like milk spots to me.

Perhaps, an acetone bath might help you tremendously with that one.

Milk spots should not get any worse over time?

I cannot determine if they are only milk spots or early PVC.... however, an acetone bath would be advised... If milk spots, it will not help, if PVC, it will remove it. Either way, acetone will remove any organics, but no harm to the coin. Cheers, RickO

In that case, keep looking, lots to choose from. I agree it's milk spots and acetone will not remove or change their appearance. Peace Roy
