It says W but its a San Francisco

What’s wrong, is that the holder looks like it’s tilted to the right. If so, please straighten it and if not, please re-post with a straight picture.

Are they really that flat now days? It appears to be very low relief. And the frosting does not appear exceptionally well done.
A menagerie of U.S. Mint medals
at some point they switched to "laser etched" frosting. it is much less attractive that the old school frosting. some years it looks like snake skin.
Yep... A labeling error... They will correct it for you. Reflection doubling in the obverse picture.... As suggested above, adjust the object for direct imaging. Cheers, RickO
