Is over weight silver not a good sign?

Just bought 5 of these Edward Harwood silver rounds. Weight is a bit high is that bad news?

Looks like it is 90% silver? And per the discussion in the link, the reverse states 1oz pure silver, and not fineness. So you have a troy ounce total silver mixed in with a little copper, etc.
