You dont see a Carson City like this everyday

Early Carson City Seated dollars are hard to come by as it is, but on top of that you rarely see them in MS. And I havent seen this particular example come up for sale before on a auction. I even looked through old auction records and wasnt able to find it.

Why are early seated $ CC's so rare? and why were so many melted before in circulation?

    Certainly a scarce coin... surprised to see it on ebay. I did the CC Morgan series... That was enough for me. Cheers, RickO

    CoastCoin - good feedback - this may be a cheap way of advertising it and hoping someone goes to their website and makes an offer. Maybe.......
