barber dime 1914-D/D rpm 001 find

To the right of the D looks to be something that appears to be an mm or maybe dropped letter? Die chip maybe. Seems to be raised. Ideas on what that could possibly be? And seems to be maybe a die chip inside the D?

Most likely a repunched mintmark. I found one of the same variety on an AG coin.

Yeah I'm kinda stumped.
I need a good book for barber dimes or online resource for that specific series
