Please help me grade this 1811/09 Capped Bust Dime

I purchased this coin on eBay several years ago when I was collecting Bust dimes, as I was intrigued by the shattered die reverse. It was billed as a VF coin when I bought it. What do you think of this piece and, given the look, would it possibly straight-grade at PCGS as a VF? Fire away with opinions and gut reactions, and I thank everyone who ventures their opinion.

Around 20 if it straight grades.
15 or 20, and probably worth a shot.
Looks VG10 - F12 to me.
Lance.
looks vg10 to me.
My guess is you get a straight grade 15 at PCgs.
I think VG10 to F12.
Solid Fine. Too much wear for a VF.
It might return as environmental damage though.

Nice cuds.
F12 if they don't zing it for environmental damage. The black splotches concern me.

I see it as a 15. You VG guys are really being tough!
Anyone who calls that a VF either hasn't seen much bust material in holders or is misinterpreting the rim cuds. IMHO. Here are the VF20 images from PCGS photograde.
The reverse is fully VF (IMHO) while I think the obverse is a little weak for VF. But no way is it VG. F15, I would think.
