Nothing like a nice group of Deep Cameo Franklins

Last year I attempted a set of Proof Franklin Halves and got close enough as to only needing 1950-52 and the 1959. I compromised on several of them by buying based mostly on price and was ultimately dissatisfied that only two of them were deep cameos. Many that I had purchased as cameo were barely cameo.

I am attempting the set again and going for 67DCAM/UCAM or better. Obviously this will be difficult for the majority of the set as many dates are tough with just a cameo designation. Anyway, I just received these 3 in the mail today and they look great together. One of the most beautiful 20th century proof coins in my opinion. People that own these seem to be holding on to them as they are tough to find online or at shows.

Interesting fact about the deep cameo population: as of last week, PCGS has only given the DCAM designation to 4,919 proof franklins (3.4% of total graded). NGC has only given the UCAM designation 4,608 times (just 1.5% of total graded)
