Letter from the Mint

Appears I have a letter coming today from Dept of Treasury US Mint. Anybody ever get one. Here is hoping it is a voucher for the AGE v75😁

Yes, I've gotten letters from them. They are usually nothing but program information or the occasional apology for some mess on their site.

That would be nice to get a gift certificate from the mint.... but likely a notice of upcoming product releases. I get them by email. Cheers, RickO

If it’s from the Treasury I got a similar letter about two weeks ago. It was about an order of mine from November for one of the proof sets. Since they shipped everything in the order except for the W nickel which is back ordered they were not able to authorize the charge for the purchase. They have since put my account on hold for ordering until they straighten out the issue which sucks. I have given them my permission to reauthorize the charge but they are very slow with resolving it. I hope yours is not a similar letter.

Me too. But if it is for an AGE v75 they can charge away😁

It was a survey to determine how they can improve the customer experience. I addressed many of the complaints we have discussed in this forum...for what it is worth...which is probably not a whole lot😁

I have received such surveys a couple of times in the past, and responded. Have not noticed any changes to the issues I noted. Cheers, RickO
