Love those old ANACS photo cert types, great looking coin and neat holder history together still.

You don't see many certs of gold pieces. Usually Morgans. Nice.

I remember your collection from quite a few years ago, ATS. Would love to see it in its entirety. You caused me to collect my first Walker in the ANACS photo certificate format. I loved how ANACS graded both the obverse and reverse.
Wish I had continued to collect them.

Very nice! I got some fun mail today, too. Not quite as cool as that, though.

Probably more like a 62+ today.....

It would get at least an AU58 today and an MS62 would not be out of the question. Nice type coin!

Very nice gold coin.... it has luster and likely would grade higher in today's market. Cheers, RickO

    .

all this based on an average, poorly lit and not really focused online image. there is only one conclusion, save it for another 30 years and it's a lock at MS66. :D

I do like the old ANACS photo certs and have been collecting them for years. No Gold though.

B&W photos just don’t do justice to gold coins or nice silver toning, but you gotta give them credit for doing the best they could with the resources available. Nice acquisition.

That is the first I have seen for a gold coin. Good find.

My camera for taking photos is kaput, here are a couple of crappy phone photos that are a little more close up. There is just enough chatter and rub to drop it out of the MS range. I think it's a nice 58.
