Cleared the cookies from the browser then signed back into EVERYTHING I keep signed in on.
Now it works.

I wish Captiva would at least use clearer and maybe larger pictures so you can see what is a bicycle and what is a boat.

I just got it on the set registry mobile app and waited for it to pull up the confirmation that I am human. Nothing happened and after a minute, just hit the back button and selected different options and it seemed to work fine.
Weird.

PCGS isn't investing in the Registry Set experience. It makes me less interested in spending top dollar for high grade moderns. Oh well. Hope it changes.
