Anyone been to the monthly Tampa show? Update with show report

I will be in town next month and wondering if it is worth the drive over? Anyone have any experiences going to it?

...I’ve never seen this much yellow grass in FL before...it’s way nicer then yellow snow obviously but damn it’s been cold there lately
If you go, remember to post a show report... and @3keepSECRETif2rDEAD... Cold is relative.. 12 degrees here this morning and 18 inches of snow - with 3 foot drifts - outside. A little yellow grass would look good right about now.

How many dealers are at this show?

Emailed the promoter and it should be on this month.
I talked to him this morning and he said it is still on.
Have you been there before? I am making the drive over from Orlando because the forecast is looking like rain all day here or at least until 4:00-5:00. I am looking forward to it very much!

If you’re still in the area mid-month, the Melbourne show is a decent one day show. The second Sunday of the month.
If I am remembering correctly I don't care for the Tampa show. I do try to make the Lakeland show when possible though.
My bro in law just moved to macdill. I might have to go visit when there’s a coin show.

Well I went to the show. I learned that in Florida lots of people collect Cuban coins because that was the majority of the inventory which is not my focus. Almost no graded gold for sale that wasn’t Cuban, very little type coins or album fillers available as well. I am looking for specific years of standing libs and walkers and non were to be found. Silver was priced at $720 for a roll of eagles and 90% was at 22-25 times face which tells me more about supply than demand with spot being close to $25 at the moment, since all of the online bullion dealers are right there as well. One dealer had more than a monster box of eagle tubes so he is sitting well on inventory and if he bought high I can see his reasoning for not going down with the recent spot price drop.
