    Top one: red
    bottom one: red brown

    Bottom one is toned and of a lower grade. Both are red IMO

    I’m in agreement with the above post by a red copper connoisseur. Both of the coins look RD to me, as well. But even if you disagree, those two coins still serve as good illustrations of the point that there are different colors/shades within each classification of BN, RB and even RD.

    The second coin certainly lives in the twilight zone of red to red brown.... In the chart by @1Mike1, just look at the last one in Red and the first one in Red Brown....Cheers, RickO
