What would these markings on obverse of 1985-P dime be identified as?

    Maybe die chips. Some form of die wear. Can't tell how raised they are from the photo.

    Thanks for the comments. I'm new to this and got this particular dime in a coin roll from the bank. Maybe these pics will help with how raised they are.
