Got some grades from our host

I sent a few mixed batches of coins to our host. I'm trimming my collection that I have accumulated over last 20 years, selling random stuff I accumulated. While doing so I'm examining some coins I purchased (many I did not even remember I had) and I put some aside for PCGS - some I thought should be graded to maximize my investment, some I was just interested in grading to see how am I doing looking ant and evaluating the coins. I think I'm getting a little better picking coins for grading

Looks like you didn't do too bad overall. It's a good way to refine the grading skills.
Hope the next order goes well.
Looking at the shared orders page it appears they haven't shipped back anything to the US since before Christmas. Take your time, not like we're going anywhere.
When it comes to the zincolns, PCGS is very strict. I have not seen a 67 or higher zincoln personally but they must be outstanding considering the bar to even get a 66.
got grades, nice!!!
I'm at eight working days in "Encapsulation" with really no end in sight. it's gotten ridiculously slow, but it's nice to see they are, in fact, still at work. I'd be curious to see that 39-D, I have a lovely toned example I should submit.
I got order shipped on the Jan18 and i got my first black box!!
Speaking of Lincolns....
Last summer I was going through a loose bunchof Lincolns in a ziplock bag, I think it was a mixed of coins I saved in the 1990s and some coins from piggy bank that were put in in 1980s. I picked some best coins I could find (Made some mistakes too) but here are the results:

here are the pictures of the 1976-S and 1965 quarter

I like your 1965 quarter!
Nice
Some really good grades there.... Nice coins. Cheers, RickO
Those who are good at it, how do you successfully distinguish an MS65 from 66 from 67 from 68, etc.? Most dealers I know cannot do that.
Post a pic of the 39-D when you get a chance
Nice looking examples!
