Long-time collector and periodic lurker here over the years. 1990 Fleer basketball has been (or was up until a few months ago) my favorite junk wax rip since I resumed collecting about 15 years ago...always loved the look of the Jordan and the other star power in the set, and you couldn't beat the price. I gave away 100s of packs to neighborhood kids, as rewards after coaching my kids' basketball practices (great way to introduce them to some of the old stars!), etc. I loaded up on several more boxes during the initial run up back in the spring...Fritsch had them for $35/box which I thought was pushing it! Now Fritsch has them at $500/box...unreal is right. Anyhow, might have to shift to 1991 Fleer or Skybox for the kids now! Look forward to engaging with you all on the boards in the future.
