****So I can't get into my acount. People are having trouble releasing coins. So I was curious, I signed out and can't even view the registry sets. How many of you can't even see the registry sets?

Cloudfare had to spend a bunch of seconds verifying my browser before I got in but I can see my inventory and I can see my sets and other's sets.

I let mine sit for over 5 minutes!

Whomever configured it doesn’t know what they are doing. It has been inaccessible to a large number of people since Friday.

Ask any search engine, "why is cloudflare blocking me from web sites" and the answer will not be allowed to be discussed here.

I see it each time I log in but it lets me login. I suspect people’s various ad blocking is responsible. I use a targeted approach with a pi-hole so it ends up working. But it does block the pcgs museum.

Haven't changed any settings on my laptop in 2 years. As of Friday, can't get in. Same with my desktop. I called the Registry line today and lodged a polite complaint.

Yesterday no issues but today I got locked out.

I closed all PCGS/CU windows and then cleared all browser history and data. When I came back it let me in after the 5 seconds. Give it a try.

For the people having trouble, are they in the Mid West and/or North East?

I'm in the Northeast and just went to the PCGS Registry site and had no issues accessing it. The site opened essentially immediately (with a tiny delay) and all looks good.

Checking your browser before accessing pcgs.com.

This process is automatic. Your browser will redirect to your requested content shortly.

Please allow up to 5 seconds…

In Illinois and has not been working since friday for me. Tried signing out and back in and still not working this morning. I also wonder if pcgs is even grading coins as I saw this update on my page,

Any memberships and vouchers that were set to expire between March 20 and April 30, will be automatically extended through May 31. The situation is fluid, and should the office closure extend further than anticipated, PCGS may revisit this membership extension.

My problem started yesterday. I'm in the SE. What I really find that is funny is even if I'm not signed in I can't even view the registry sets.

Me thinks maybe they are working on it? I cleared my history etc. Before the front page would load and now it won't load with MS edge or Google Chrome.

No workie for me, either, starting Sunday. I thought it was a maintenance thing until I saw that wasn't working this morning, either and then saw this thread.

I see the same notice. However, I think that this offer was for last year, when PCGS closed briefly due to COVID.

Let's hope. I just sent in my 1st submission in almost a year and it's big. Made it there in 5 days(registered mail) and was logged in the next!

I got it working for about a week. It broke again today. Locked out of my own inventory and registries. How annoying.

I called the Registry line yesterday. Left a message. Rec'd a callback this a.m. Rep asked me to try it again which I did without success. She told me they were aware of the problem and thought it was fixed. Then asked if she could call me back. Yup. Rec'd call back about 3 p.m. eastern. Tried again and BINGO !!!

I reported this problem three weeks ago. I later spent a few days, back and forth, with PCGS and their IT group.

There was no resolution. That it didn't happen with one other browser led us to believe it was a problem on my end.

After reconfigurations (browser and router related) I got past the Cloudflare problem. Done, I thought.

Wrong. It returned as stubborn as before.

You may find it works now. Maybe it comes back for you, or not. It's clear to me that this problem belongs to PCGS and their IT dept. I hope they feel our pain and the urgent need to fix it.
    Lance.

edit: @amwldcoin, change the thread title. It is NOT fixed for a lot of us.
